No. JUALA provides educational and advisory guidance on fitness, nutrition and lifestyle. It is not medical diagnosis, treatment or a substitute for a physician, registered dietitian or physical therapist.
No. Guidance is built around where you are now, not where a program assumes you should be. Most of the work is making a realistic routine you can actually keep.
Guidance is structured around your schedule and goals rather than a fixed template. You're working with people who adjust the plan, not a static program you have to adapt yourself to.
Not necessarily. We build your routine around what you have access to, whether that's a full gym, a home setup or something in between.
Tell us during intake. Depending on your situation, we may ask you to get clearance from a physician or physical therapist before making changes to exercise or diet.
Yes. The three tracks are designed to work together under the JUALA Method, but you can also start with just one.
Check-ins happen on a regular cadence so your routine gets reviewed and adjusted, not left to run on autopilot.
